FORAM VORA (Founder & Partner)

Foram Vora is an Advocate with a vast experience of litigation, which includes her working at the chambers of Adv. Mr. Mukesh Vashi and has been a full-fledged civil lawyer handling every aspect of litigation successfully. She has also served as an Articled Clerk and Advocate at M/s K. Ashar & Co. under Managing Partner Mr. Jayesh Ashar for 5 years gaining her insight and experience in matters related to Securities & Exchange Board of India, Case for opinions for large Banks and Financial Institutions, Intellectual Property Rights, Real Estate & Conveyancing Practice, Title Certificates for Banks as well as Individual clients, Incorporation of Companies, Incorporation of Public & Private Trusts, Due Diligence and other areas of legal practice.

Post her graduation from Government Law College, Mumbai, Foram Vora has successfully pursued her LL.M. in Commercial & Corporate Law from Queen Mary, University of London (UK) and also gained experience in International Commercial Arbitration matters. After gaining distinctive legal expertise in practice areas as stated above as well as amongst other areas of Wills & Codicils, Guardianship & Adoption Laws, Maritime Law and Media Law, she founded the firm M/s Amicus Lex & Associates in 2012. Her extensive practice and realistic growth prospects has intensified the reputation of the firm and its practice area leading to expansion of the firm.

RIDDHI PARIKH (Partner)

Riddhi Parikh started working as a paralegal with a reputed law firm in 2004 and gained experience with the litigation, corporate and real estate team.

Riddhi Parikh is a Partner, with six years of standing at the bar. Riddhi Parikh is registered with Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa, and has significant experience in advising clients in the areas of real estate, transaction support and corporate advisory including foreign investment, foreign exchange, company law and securities law.

Riddhi Parikh has completed her LL.M. in International Finance and Corporate Laws from Georgetown University, Washington D.C. and thereafter has worked with the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission as a legal extern.

Prior to joining the firm, she was associated with a prominent Indian law firm specializing in real estate transactions.
